IPTE Factory Automation n.v. is the headquarters of the globally engaged IPTE Group, located in Genk, approximately 100km to the east of Brussels. Here IPTE engineers and assembles production and test equipment for all of IPTE's core competences.

Process: 

IPTE engineers and draws up the full range of manufacturing processes: laser marking machines, laser plastic welding, PCB handling equipment, pick and place machines, soldering, welding, standard and customized feeders  (e.g. radial, axial, tube, tray). Covering the spectrum from stand alone up to fully automated production lines.

Assembly:

IPTE prepares and manufactures customer specific machines/projects and ready for use solutions for the electronic and mechanic industry. The range covers manual assembly lines as well as  semiautomatic arrangements, fully automatic assembly stations and linked options to build complete turnkey solutions.

Test:

IPTE builds, confects and manufactures functional, end of line/final test, flashing and memory load, temperature and burn in test solutions for manual or inline applications up to customized ready for use solutions. The Fixture House offers bed-of-nails adapters, being designed to the highest standards for an entire range of relevant applications, such as in-circuit tests, functional tests, flash programming and end-of-line product tests.

IPTE Beernem, located close to Bruges Belgium, houses test engineering specialists.

IPTE Beernem designs and manufactures functional, end of line/final test, flashing and memory load, temperature and burn in test solutions for manual or inline applications up to customized ready for use solutions. The bed-of-nails adapters are designed to the highest standards for an entire range of relevant applications, such as in-circuit tests, functional tests, flash programming and end-of-line product tests.

IPTE Germany is a subsidiary of the globally engaged IPTE Group. The German subsidiary is located in Heroldsberg near Nuremberg. Here IPTE engineers and assembles production and test equipment for all of IPTE's three Business Units.

The Business Unit Systems engineers and draws up the full range of depanelling machines, single pin insertion machines for press fit applications and high force connector placement machines, palletizer and all special component feeders. Covering the spectrum from stand alone up to  fully automated production lines for the SMT market.

The Business Unit Assembly prepares and manufactures customer specific machines/projects and ready for use solutions for the electronic and mechanic industry. The range covers manual assembly lines as well as  semiautomatic arrangements, fully automatic assembly stations and linked options to build complete turnkey solutions.

The Business Unit Test builts, confects and manufactures functional, end of line/final test, flashing and memory load, temperature and burn in test solutions for manual or inline applications up to customized ready for use solutions. IPTE Platzgummer is a subsidiary of the globally engaged IPTE Group and is located in Dachau, north western Munich area. Building tailor made production equipment, our engineers are developing assembly solutions, starting with single assembly cells up to complete automated assembly & test production lines. Our customers are located worldwide, mostly car manufacturers and automotive suppliers.

The Dachau site is specialized in mechanical design and line building. Our team supports the development of manufacturing concepts for new products as well as improvements or rebuilding of existing solutions.

IPTE AND-ELEC is a subsidiary of the globally engaged IPTE Group. This French subsidiary is also located in Malville, next to IPTE ANTEST.  

In cooperation with IPTE ANTEST here manual fixtures and adapters are being developed and build for customized projects. IPTE ANDELEC manufactures with its knowhow a wide range of fixtures for all common test systems from simple needle adapters to highly complex two-stage adapters and high frequency sealed adapters

ANTEST is specialized in complex in-circuit and functional test solutions. Since its beginning, ANTEST develops and realizes test program in synergy with AND-ELEC, its local partnership and a subsidiary company of IPTE group to provide the best service in regarding Timeliness & Cost effectiveness. Today, ANTEST is a dynamic leader on the market of the electronic test with a turnover in 2011 of over 3 MEUR, in France and with an important growth potential in international markets, specifically in Eastern Europe and in the countries of Maghreb

IPTE Spain is a subsidiary of the globally engaged IPTE Group. The Spanish subsidiary is located in Reus. Here IPTE engineers and assembles production and test equipment for two of IPTE's three Business Units.

IPTE Oradea is a subsidiary of the globally engaged IPTE Group and it is located close to the local airport and to the Hungarian border, 3 hours driving from Budapest. This subsidiary was established in June 2006 by transferring technology and know-how from Belgium, France and UK to this subsidiary of the globally engaged IPTE Group. IPTE already established a service department here in August 2005 for local electronic customers manufacturing with IPTE equipment.  

The activities of IPTE Oradea are manufacturing and customizing of test fixture equipment, manual and inline custom designed grippers and carriers for inline manufacturing processes.  Our local experts are specialized in In-Circuit-Test and Functional-Test for manual and fully automatically inline operating test fixtures. 

IPTE Oradea offers full service ability for all IPTE machines and systems for our local customers in Romania.

IPTE Portugal is a subsidiary of the globally engaged IPTE Group. The Portuguese subsidiary is located in Ovar.

IPTE industrial automation (Shanghai) Limited was established in 2002 as subsidiary of the global IPTE Group. The company business includes providing support to partners in China; sales of IPTE standard products; providing locally build solutions for factory automation, professional testing systems and equipment.
