The Multi Test Handler (MTH) is an inline solution for parallel PCB testing and flashing, accommodating up to 10 test positions. It is designed to optimize cycle times and minimize footprint while maintaining high-quality standards.
The MTH offers the flexibility to test multiple products or perform various test processes such as Boundary Scan, Mini-ICT, Functional Circuit Testing, and Flashing in parallel. Together with flexible product routing, various test strategies can be fulfilled.
Depending on the required throughput, you can add or remove Scalable Test Boxes (STB) in the available positions. These STB’s take care of the board contacting by means of an ETH compatible fixture.
Compact yet powerful, the Scalable Test Box in each test position delivers 1.000 N of press power and adapts to a wide range of requirements, accommodating various PCB sizes, top/bottom clearances, and weights.
With progressive automation advantages, the MTH allows fixtures and scalable test boxes to be reused in other IPTE test handlers, ensuring long-term cost-effectiveness.
