The MFT is a platform for comprehensive electronics testing. Available in the 600, 900 and 2400 versions, the MFT family supports in-circuit testing (ICT), functional testing (FCT) and programming applications within one standardized concept. Designed for automated production environments, it delivers high throughput, flexibility and long-term investment security.

Performance & Contacting Reliability

Engineered for automated production, the MFT ensures short cycle times and consistent PCB handling. The system applies equal contacting force at every test point, ensuring stable and repeatable measurements. The contacting force is configurable depending on the selected motor, allowing optimization for different PCB designs and test requirements.

One Platform – Maximum Flexibility

The MFT eliminates the need for separate handlers for different test strategies. Its modular architecture supports single or dual lane, single or dual well, and single or dual segment configurations. This flexibility enables parallel test concepts and allows manufacturers to scale throughput while maintaining an optimized footprint.

Integrates leading third party testers

The MFT platform is designed for integration with leading test systems, including Keysight, Teradyne, Digitaltest, Elowerk and CheckSum. This open integration approach allows customers to standardize on one handler platform while selecting the tester that best fits their production strategy. The result is maximum flexibility and long-term investment protection.
