In many applications, PCBs must perform in demanding thermal environments. The IHT replicates these conditions during production, enabling early detection of weak components and preventing failures in the field.

How it works

PCBs first pass through a multizone climatic oven, where they are gradually heated and thermally stabilized using independently controlled temperature zones. After conditioning, boards are automatically transferred to the test handler, where functional testing is performed while maintaining a stable elevated temperature. This ensures accurate and repeatable test results under realistic conditions.
