The IPTE MultiRouter is an offline PCB depaneling system designed for manufacturers who require precision, flexibility and reliable performance. It is particularly suited for low to medium production volumes and environments with medium to high product variation.
Built around a drawer-based concept, the MultiRouter enables easy loading and unloading while ensuring accurate positioning throughout the depaneling process. The system supports PCB panels up to 1,160 x 600 mm and delivers a cutting accuracy of ±0.1 mm.
The machine is available with a single process head and can optionally be equipped with a second head to increase productivity and reduce cycle times. Depending on the application, process heads can be configured for milling or sawing operations.
Its robust mechanical design, intuitive TS1 software platform, and quick product changeovers make the MultiRouter a versatile and cost-effective solution for demanding electronics manufacturing environments.
