FlexRouter Gen3

The FlexRouter Gen3 is designed for high speed and low stress depaneling of high diversity, medium to high volumes. It can be integrated in almost every inline or stand-alone concept.

At a cell width of only 1.000 mm, the FlexRouter Gen3 offers the smallest footprint on the market. Still giving the choice to integrate all required functions out of a standardised options catalogue.

The 120 mm stroke servo gripper supports the idea of high flexibility and low tooling cost. While a pneumatic gripper is also available for individual single and multi-gripper solutions.

The operator friendly and intuitive user interface of the IPTE TS1 software allows fast and easy recipe creation, based on CAD data and camera assisted teaching.
