The FlexRouter is designed for high-speed and low-stress PCB depaneling in environments with high product diversity and medium to high production volumes. The system can be seamlessly integrated into both inline production lines and island configurations, offering maximum flexibility for different manufacturing setups.
The FlexRouter is available in multiple configurations to match different application requirements. The standard configuration, with a compact cell width of 1.000 mm, offers one of the smallest footprints on the market. An extended configuration with a cell width of 1.500 mm is available to support larger panel formats and additional machine functionalities. Both configurations are based on the same proven platform and share a standardised options catalogue, enabling flexible system configuration without compromising performance or footprint efficiency.
The system is equipped with a 120 mm stroke servo gripper, supporting high flexibility while reducing tooling complexity and cost. In addition, a pneumatic gripper solution is available, allowing configuration for single or multiple gripper setups depending on the application requirements.
Operation and configuration are managed through IPTE’s TS1 software, featuring an intuitive and operator-friendly user interface. The software enables fast and efficient recipe creation based on CAD data, supported by camera-assisted teaching for accurate and reliable program setup.
