MMS - Magnetic Motion System

Our high speed pallet transport system is the highest efficiency solution to compliment high speed assembly and test/process machines.
The magnetic solution is designed to be effective for any production eventuality arising. Since the pallet is not in contact with a belt or other medium, damage from oily or dirty environments is also avoided.
The driving system propels the pallet by the use of powerful magnets giving a very fast, smooth and maintenance free transport solution.
Pallet direction, acceleration, speed, and position is controlled by the built-in software of the machine. The IPTE Magnetic Motion System drives the pallet station to station without any carrier to carrier contact. The direction of the carrier can also be driven forward and backward, for special custom process applications.
