FlexRouter Gen3 L-size

The FlexRouter Gen3 L-size is the 500 mm wider version of our standard FlexRouter Gen3 and is IPTE's answer to the increasing market demand for larger panel formats or additional machine functions. By using the same outstanding FlexRouter Gen3 technology, the L-size is designed for high speed and low stress depaneling of high diversity and medium to high volumes. It can be integrated in almost every inline or stand-alone concept.

With a cell width of 1.500 mm, the FlexRouter Gen3 L-size allows processing of the largest panels on the market for inline machines. Furthermore, its increased size not only allows to integrate all required functions out of a standardised options catalogue but also to add advanced features such as integrated PCB cleaning.

The 120 mm stroke servo gripper supports the idea of high flexibility and low tooling cost. The option of a pneumatic gripper is also available for customized single and multi-gripper solutions to meet specific needs.
