The HCU is an electrically-operated unit for transporting PCBs from one unit into another while heating (or cooling down) to a given temperature.
After the PCB has entered the heating box, the oven door at the import side is closed and the PCB is subjected to a heated (or cooled) airflow. The air circulates through the heating box, propelled by a tangential fan at the back of the box.
