The MLU xP AIV Multiple Magazine Line Unloader is designed for unloading PCBs from production lines into up 10 SMD Magazines (CAB, Miki-Plastik, etc).
This Unloader is prepared with a docking station to accept AIV (AGV) for loading/unloading magazines.
A conveyor, mounted on a shuttle-lift combination, imports a board from the production line. The shuttle then moves to the next free slot in the magazine and pushes the board into the magazine. The shuttle returns back to the production line conveyor and imports a next board.
This is repeated until the magazine are loaded completely.
