IPTE is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Reipert as General Manager of IPTE Germany and IPTE Platzgummer, effective July 1, 2025. With this step, IPTE continues to strengthen its leadership team and reinforce its position as a trusted partner in automation and test solutions across Europe.

Michael brings many years of experience in business development, strategic leadership and project management. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions within well-known automation and technology companies. His proven ability to combine strategic growth vision with operational excellence positions him ideally to lead IPTE’s activities in Germany.

In his new role, Michael will assume overall responsibility for the management of IPTE’s two German sites. His primary areas of focus will include:

• Developing the teams, supporting professional growth and collaboration
• Driving profitability and efficiency
• Expanding IPTE’s presence in the German market

Furthermore, Michael will work in close cooperation with IPTE’s international sites to promote cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange, thereby supporting both local development and the company’s overall competitiveness in Europe.
