During this process, the various solar strings are meticulously placed on a glass plate. The complexity comes from the varying lengths of the strings, which are not always uniform. Additionally, the placement of the strings must be precise to ensure optimal performance. To address these challenges, a camera vision system is used to monitor and determine the correct position of each string. This ensures that every panel meets our customers the high standards for quality.

Automatic bussing

To generate higher power with the finished solar panel, the strings must be connected in parallel. For this purpose, an automatic bussing process prepares the busbar strip by sizing and crimping it to the appropriate specifications. This process also aligns the ends of the strings in the correct position and then expertly solders the busbar strip to the strings. The attention to detail and precision ensures that our solar panels deliver superior performance and reliability.
