The 1D requires only 1.000 x 900 mm floor space and the unit height is also very low at just 1.300 mm, which makes it one of the most compact models on the market. The panel is then lifted, centralized and fixed for sawing or routing. The saw or router is fitted with a precise axle system and separates the PCB panels un-stressed from above at up to 200 mm/s for sawing and up to 80 mm/sec for routing. All router bits or diamond-coated hard metal blades on the market are suitable for the purposes of routing or sawing and integrated sawing blade breakage monitoring assures maximum security. Extraction devices at the top and bottom remove the sawing dust arising from the cutting process.
