IPTE customizes In-Circuit test fixture for all kind of testers (Agilent, Genrad/Teradyne, Marconi, Rohde & Schwarz, SPEA,.). We also provide shielded test boxes permitting the test of mobile phones and other RF products. Our automatic test benches are easily adaptable on all test equipment. IPTE test fixtures are not only designed to fit IPTE Test Equipment but can also be applied on third party equipment.
