Marking

IPTE enhances its product portfolio on flexible and modular work cells for the electronics production. Because of their adaptable base, these cells allow configuration of individual applications according to customers' requirements. With the addition of appropriate modules for conveying and buffering functions, the cells can be arranged to form fast operating in-line production systems or can be used as a self-contained stand-alone machine.

We provide solutions for a wide range of individual PCB production steps such as pick & place, screw driving, dispensing, board and product tests, bar coding by laser or inkjet printing, and for general labeling tasks.

Marking

For direct writing on board assemblies, electronic modules or products, IPTE provides laser and inkjet cells. The integrated laser unit writes both conventional bar codes and 2D data matrix codes. An immediately supplied reading verification subsequently ensures the validity of the data.

The inkjet printer handles up to 8 lines (bi-jet) of variable characters with a printing speed up to 5.5 mm/sec. Part of this kind of work cell is also a labeling cell that places labels on to board assemblies or products.
