IPTE ’s semi - automated production equipment is the answer to the needs of manufacturing industries in today’s production environment that is characterised by growing quality control demands and shorter Time To Market (TTM) intervals.

In situations where semi-automated processes are the best solution in the process flow, IPTE offers a full range off semi-automated equipment. Robots and handling systems can be used in either transport lane or in round-table configurations.

The modular concept makes the semi-automated assembly cell the first step towards a fully automated production line. Equipped with pressing, screw fastening and welding tools and with an automatic test station, the cell is also ideal for fine-tuning early product runs and production processes. Besides, the cell can be used for initial batches manufactured in accordance with the customer’s requirements. The switch to mass production can then take place with short Time To Market intervals (TTM).
