Nowadays automating final test is a priority. It comes before automation of assembly and justifies the investment in machinery. In this field IPTE has developed some very cost effective solutions based on a strong software expertise.

For the final test of electronic products our complete package in mini test handlers and applications includes ready-to run test programs and individual test cases as well as test fixtures for the manual and fully automatic use in automated production lines.

Test benches and interfaces integrate various peripheral items such as testing tips, position detectors, microphones, close field sensors, loudspeakers, actuators and LED sensors. They can be operated either manually or integrated into an automated production line.

We also build alternative versions to meet your product-specific requirements: shape, interchangeable test fixtures and test fixtures made of non-flammable thermoplastic according to product shapes.
