Project Manager

Job Description

• Manage the project planning, budget and technical specification based on the requirements of the customer
• Organize the project team. Ensure team members understanding their role, objectives and customer requirements.
• Control the progress and quality of the project. Organize regular project meetings and give feedback with periodic project reports.
• Manage priority settings, risk and conflict handling within the projects.
• Work in multi disciplinary projects teams of mechanical, electrical and software engineers
• Prepare a solution that will meet or exceed the customer’s specification
• Report to project office mgr and GM the project progress
• Involve in project meeting, Kick-off, DFMEA weekly meeting
• Initiate and implement improvement actions to improve work methods and procedures
• Able to work in an international environment

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Familiar with automated assembly/test equipment
• Equipment design experience is an advantage
• 3+ years related experience, Electronics Test, Automation, Instrumentation or other related engineering
• Strong team spirit and results-oriented.
• Good English communication abilities like listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Willing to travel abroad
