Senior Software Engineer
Job Description
• In charge of SW design in automation and test business
• Work in multi disciplinary projects teams of mechanical, electrical and software engineers
• Prepare a solution that will meet or exceed the customer’s specification
• Strictly execute projects’ schedule and quality requirements
• Report to electrical groupleader and Project mgr weekly about project status progress
• Initiate corrective actions to keep project on track
• Assist production department with assembly, debugging , installation and after sales services
• Involve in project meeting, Kick-off, DFMEA weekly meeting
• Involve in PM if necessary
• Initiate and implement improvement actions to improve work methods and procedures
• Able to work in an international environment
• Able to develop the necessary software environment to facilitate electronic testing;
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, major in sofware engineering/development
• Experience in automation software development preferred
• Experience in C# or C++ programming, familiar with .net framework 、OOA、 OOD and UML.
• 5+ years related experience, Electronics Test, Automation, Instrumentation or other related engineering
• Strong team spirit and results-oriented.
• Good English communication abilities like listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Willing to travel abroad
