Senior Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
• In charge of mechanical design of equipments and equipment platforms
• Work in multi disciplinary projects teams of mechanical, electrical and software engineers
• Prepare a solution that will meet or exceed the customer’s specification
• Strictly execute projects’ schedule and quality requirements
• Report to Mechanical groupleader and Project mgr weekly about project status progress
• Initiate corrective actions to keep project on track
• Responsible for localisation of existing equipment platforms from Europe to China
• Assist production department with assembly, debugging , installation and after sales services
• Involve in project meeting, Kick-off, DFMEA weekly meeting
• Involve in PM if necessary
• Initiate and implement improvement actions to improve work methods and procedures
• Able to work in an international environment
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering
• Innovation competence
• experienced in using CAD tools
• 5+ years related experience, at least one year experience in industrial automation
• Strong team spirit and results-oriented.
• Good English communication abilities like listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Willing to travel abroad
